To know better about Japanese LED lighting market, to analyze our products quality and sales in Japan market, to make more communications with customers, Zhongtian Lighting decided to make a visitation to Japan from 15^th May to 3^rd June in 2012

To know about the LED lighting sales in Japan and the product category, we’ve specially made a survey in Tokyo's Akihabara district and Nihombashi. The huge gadget is mainly selling home lightings, like ceiling lamps, bulbs etc.. LED lamps are sold well in Japan market. It is in heavy demand, but the price is also very competitive.
Known from Japanese customers, since the nuclear power plant crisis, Japan determined to shutdown all nuclear power stations, which would cause Japanese electricity in short supply. At the mean time, from this July, Japanese civil electric charges would increase 10%, and the industrial electric charges would increase 17%. Thus the LED lamps are promoted well in Japan market.

Communications with Japan clients 2
To clients, we are supplier, meanwhile the indispensable part in supply chain. We usually get contact with clients by international phones and emails at home. It is not as well as meeting clients. This time we made a visitation and have a face to face talk with customers, which let us recognize our products specialty and shortage, and realize the trend of LED lighting market. It as well as lets us know what customers really need.
Impression of Japan 3
My impression of Japan is everything there is in an orderly way, and very clean. Japanese is very scrupulous and strict when at work, which is well-known. Japanese is also very passionate. We didn’t travel to Japan before. The places we planned to visit are dispersive, so when book the hotel we only booked one night. After one night in Japan, we got to know that the hotel is full and we cannot stay in next night. For all hotels should be make a reservation, we only booked one night. So we lost the room. The next morning, our general manager and I met client carrying big luggage. When customer asked us which hotels we booked today, we told him all things. The Japanese client is so kind that he helped us booked a hotel again and derived us to have sushi, at last to the hotel.
